Earth Ventures gives notice in respect of its portfolio companies and discloses that it and/or its Affiliates may have founded or co-founded a portfolio company and/or may hold a financial interest in a portfolio company from time to time.
For the purposes of this disclosure:
“Affiliates” means and includes:
(a) a shareholder, director, officer or employee of Earth Ventures;
(b) each entity that is Controlled by those persons referred to in paragraph (a);
(c) each Related Body Corporate of Earth Ventures and each entity referred to in paragraph (b);
(d) Impactful Capital Pty Ltd;
(e) Point Group Holdings Pty Ltd; and
(f) other special purpose entities which is notified by Earth Ventures from time to time.
